Nice job Jody. Did you test much on P5E3? Im curious about the difference in clocks between the two boards.

**puts on invisible suit so no one see me say this** no **takes off invisible suit**...

when Nehleham drops and triple channel DDR3 is being fed to a capable memory controller, that tune will change...god i hope it changes.

thanks Zac but no i haven't. i simply wanted to test the XMP profiles and that is it. i don't have enough hair left to work with that boards anymore. the sample i got just doesn't cut it, i fought with 900MHz at 7-7-7 for any kind of stability and after a few hours just gave up. that board doesn't get any more of my time. such a shame because so many guys have such great examples of it and i am stuck with a dog. goes to show how well some X48s are

That's what I was thinking too. Really until we see Nehalem, the current tech doesn't really take advantage of what DDR3 has to offer.

We hope.....

thanks man, and yeah, it never gets old looking over at them.

i am going to try and get some dual 32M overclocking done on the 790i (OC Report styles) with them if i can this weekend. the only problem is my 790i might be dieing which would kind of suck but, that seems to be my luck with motherboards lately.

How do these fair against the G.Skill PI's that were reviewed a little while ago, i am considering both for a new build. Also, where are these ascents available (if they even are yet), i haven't been able to find a retailer.
