Yea but the price difference from 1866 to 2666 is enormous. Not worth it IMO.. Get the highest speed with reasonable timings that doesn't cost much more than a standard 1600 - 1866 mhz kit.

I have a dual channel 1866 16gb kit. I bought these last boxing day for $52 after rebate. The ram is in a APU rig so I wanted the best money/ speed ratio. I am able to get the ram running at 2133mhz 11 12 12 31 1.5V just fine. Any more then that the APU memory controller just doesn't work that well. I really like there product and wish they made higher speeds.

I think 2133 is the sweet spot for speed/money right now. In games that respond well with higher speed memory, as long as you don't go overboard, I think is a good investment. As long as your IMC can handle it at OC'd speeds.

BTW, has anyone taken a look at the performance/compatibility of the Intel IMC when compared to the old school NB controller?
