When is G.Skill going to get off the red/blue bandwagon? I much prefer their modules to Corsairs but I will go Corsair if I can't get G.Skills in a more subdued palette. Please!

I was thinking of that, but does ordinary enamel not work well @~50c?

G.Skill Snipers are black and once you remove the stickers they look rather awesome. They also use matte black PCBs, which not all manufacturers do yet.

I was looking at those, but I wanted to try and get them a little faster than they seem to be available in? My fear is that if I get ram too weak it would hinder my OC on Haswell. I think the new CPU's (from what I've been reading) need all the help they can get.

Edit: Found some faster modules! I thought the Snipers were limited to lower speeds! Thanks for the suggestions! Here is what I am looking at.

If you are just overclocking via increasing the multiplier it shouldn't hinder an overclock at all AFAIK. Whatever multi you choose your ram can still be locked @ 1600MHz or whatever other ratio you choose.

I am only used to OC'ing with the FSB on Core. I have yet to get an unlocked CPU. That will change with Haswell as soon as I can. I really fear being limited in any way. But it looks like those snipers might just fit the bill! I don't mind the molded gun either. Looks sweet!
