Nothing wrong with running them at 1.65. I have the exact same kit with a 3570k.

What I'm gonna do is just undervolt it to 1.5 v and see if it runs at 1600 mhz. If not, I'll run it at 1333 mhz

The only thing about 1.65v is that you most likely won't have headroom voltages wise if you want to overclock. There is nothing wrong with 1.65v but most would prefer a lower value just for headroom. People now adays wants lower volatges and most of the time 1.65v ram kits will not run at rated speeds when undervolted.
