I can honestly say I have not purchased a computer component, and there has been many, in the last 4 years both onlline and in store that my name was not entered into their computer database. The other day I purchased a 120mm fan at a small local supplier and they put the purchase on file. I would recommend going back or contacting the original point of purchase and request them to search their database for the purchase.

Certainly a company like CC, as large as they are, keep transaction records.
