IBM and Micron make agreement for manufacturing new Hybrid Memory

Micron teams up with IBM for Hybrid Memory Cube manufacturing by VR-Zone.com

Has anyone checked this out? I recall reading about the initial technology a while back and it appears to have finally come to the point of manufacturing. A quick glance at the article and the specs instantly gave me the :shok: face. Assuming production is successful, I think this could be huge!

Thoughts?
