My System Specs

Default Rampage III Formula & Extreme 975, what RAM?
Hi,

I am pretty sure I have the wrong RAM for my board, so I am going to purchase fairly soon. I am thinking of:

Corsair Dominator GT 12GB 3X4GB DDR3-2000 CL9-10-9-27 Intel XMP Triple Channel Memory Kit W/ Fan

Any suggestions, feedback? I haven't overclocked my system yet, but I think with my recent purchases I am going to have to. Also, I wonder if I wouldn't be better off with a six core CPU. Thanks.

What RAM are you using currently? What will you be using the system for? To what degree will you be overclocking the system - 24/7 stable or extreme benchmarking?
