When we start seeing PC3-15000 type numbers on the packages of DDR3 out of the factory, then we will know that DDR3 is really progressing ahead...oh wait a second. PC3-15000 is already here and ready to roll.

My System Specs

Your timing couldn't be more perfect - an in-depth review of the fastest sticks out there, the day I receive their little brothers, the PC3-12800 sticks. This is my first DDR3 set, and I'm still knocked out by the sheer speed. DDR3-1600... I still have to clear my mind and remind me that this is a true 800MHz. I will have to take my time and get used to those new numbers.

Thanks for another great review.

John
