Default 1600mhz with 200mhz?

i have this mobo ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS M4A87TD/USB3
and i have corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz 2x 2gb
since i have two more ram slots can i fit in 2000mhz ram on them or do i have to use the same mhz with the same timing?

all ram sticks have to operate at the same frequency, so you will have to settle for 1600 mhz on all sticks or 2000 if your first set can handle that frequency and timings that are set up in your bios.

first see whats the top speed your ram can do
then you can clock all for about the same speed

4 stix not as easy to clock as 2 stix

ok so speed all has to be the same.
can i fill my other 2 slots with different brand name ram, but they must have the same timing and clockspeed? am i correct?

most of the memory being sold is psc

as long as you not buyin 1600mhz cas9 crap or worse you good
