Ok, so Im in the bios and cant find a manual setting for RAM speed so does that mean if i cant get my ram to OC to 2133 it will only run 1866? i was hoping to be able to OC it some. or is it better to run it at 1600 and tighter timmings?

you should be able to get 2k+ out of it
depends on your imc and board
try aiming around 2000mhz 8-9-8-28 /7-9-9-28 if you lucky
set trfc 120-160

you gonna have to bump vtt a bit

yes dissable xmp especially for SB

btw all 1155 boards have been recalled for sata controler
so you can have a new board when your retailer has them in stock

OK so it was already set to manual mode but ram speed options only list the standard speeds so jumps from 1866 to 2133... so can i not adjust speed manually only timmings are in the dram section of bios.
