Default G.Skill Trident Turbulence DDR3-2133 problem

Hi, I have two sets of 2 x 2GB (8gb total) of G.skill trident turbulence DDR3-2133. When i run them as 2 DIMM (4gb) i am able to achieve DDR3-2200, but however when i put them as 4 DIMM (8gb) the maximum speed i can achieve with this set of ram is only 1360, and the timing becomes 9-10-10-25, rather than the rated 9-9-9-24 at DDR3-2133. My specs are:

i7 860
Asus P7P55D Premium
Sapphire 5850

Can someone tell me what is going on? Thanks in advance

Have you tried to manually set your timings? try adding a little more voltage.
