hey it seems that ncix has been out of stock for over a month!
anyone now any other memory that matches the trident in price and performance?

not sure. i see some folks staying away from ocz like the plague but paying that much already for a 4 gig kit is sacrilege lol
hell ive seen 6 gig kits for that much(ok, on sale here or rfd but still)

so.. what should i go for?

so you need ddr3?

first thing i do is look up fs in here or where you know the sellers.

if nothing shows up, wait for a sale unles you really have to. but seriously, 1333-1600 6 gig kits used. just wait it out. i missed 6 sticks of 1gb 1333 @ 100 bucks lol because the guy didnt ship/was too far lol

what's the difference from ddr3 to ddr2? because in getting a board with the 890 chipset

do yourself a favor and just stay away from ocz
ocz cares more about ssd than puttin good chips in memory

now in evga ftw @ 2100mhz 7-9-8-24
on amd you dont want pc3-12800 cas7-8 garbage
if you want cheaper just get the eco stuff:thumb:
