Default Which DDR2 800?

I have read numerous reviews and spec sheets for the past 3 hours and I still cannot decide which RAM sticks to go for...I'm starting to feel sick I have been thinking about this so much...lol.

These are what I have narrowed it down to these...
Sorry links are not to NCIX as NCIX has decided to take a dump.

GX22GB6400UDC Geil Regular I guess the orange ones

Gx22GB6400ESPDC Geil Estoria

BL2KIT12864AA804 Crucial Ballistix

All of these are of equal latency(4-4-4-12) and of equal voltage which is 1.9v. They all use
Micron D9's and all have been overclocked successfully over a long period of time.

All are listed on the RAM list here DDR2 RAM List

I have removed OCZ and Corsair from my list for voltage reasons and I have read more bad about them then any other but I am thinking that may be because they are the biggest and therefore have sold the most units therefore have garnered more opinions but I have to data to back up this claim. I do not trust OCZ at all and will not buy their RAM not matter what, I think that they put out shoddy products. From what I have read Corsair has let the product slip so they're gone too....yeah I'm ruthless...lol.

Any opinions of these options?

I myself am leaning towards...well I was set on the Ballistix because I have read sooo much abut the OC'ability of this set buuuutt...I have also read a hell of a lot in support of Geil(s) in their ability to clock very well too, so I am looking at these as equals...

Dangit I don't know, any opinions from forum people would be good.

How about Mushkin? I run them on 3 of my rigs and they're pretty good.

I agree with you I have read much about them but expensive...they have some excellent timing offerings though I must say...one day I will try them but too expensive for today...hehehe.

NCIX.com - Buy G.SKILL F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit - F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ In Canada.

If you want D9 your gonna have to do your homework cause last I heard Crucial doesn't even use D9 on their ballistix but I could be mistaken and OCZ and Mushkin are the only two that do.

I'm lucky as I have a goldmine in my computer :P 4gb of Team Xtreem DDR-800 memory :D

I have found out that latency does not have such an impact when the Ram is oc'ed at high speed. Ex. I use 24/7 (and tested) the HP2-6400 @ 500Mhz with 4-5-5-15-23 and 5-5-5-18-23 latencies.

Single SuperPi 1M resulted in no difference - 14 seconds both. Dual SuperPi 32M resulted in a 1 second advantage for the 4-5-5-15 latency (16 minutes 8 seconds vs. 16 minutes 9 seconds).

Crucial for sure. While there are no gaurantees that you're gonna get D9's, you have a better chance with the Ballistix. Getting the PC2-8500 will really improve your chance of getting D9's. GL

Crucial, you're guaranteed D9's, just not the superior GMH.

Last pair of 800Mhz Ballistix I played with clocked up to ~1140Mhz with 2.2V at 5-5-5-15

Edit:
D9 are the Micron (Crucial is owned by Micron) chips used to make the memory, they are pretty much the best overclcking RAM chips on the market.

They can run tight timings at lower frequency (tested 3-3-3-3 up to ~730Mhz) or loose timings at higher frequencies (5-5-5-15 up to ~1130). That's what my PC2-6400 kit did atleast. Didn't test my PC2-8500 yet...
