Default Hm... 4GB of DDR3 Duel-Chanel - What to choose?

So for my current build, which is still a mystery I am needing 4GB of DDR3 Duel-Chanel, preferable 1600MHz+

I was looking at:

http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...acture=Corsair
and
http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...acture=Corsair

and am thinking of getting the 8-8-8-24 ones, but what the heck is "BEMP"

What else would you all reccomend? Highest I'll pay is $250 not including shipping.

omg $250? I would not be willing to spend that much on 4gb of RAM. Check these out, it's what I have. G skill has some good ram: http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...ture=G%2ESkill
or these http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...ture=G%2ESkill

These blacklines look nice http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...acture=MUSHKIN

Is this for a LGA1156/P55 or AM3 based system?

I like em! Really got to twek those timings though. Those will work for an i7 860?

EDIT: it says they're made for the 860/870

I've had a good experience with 2 identical kits of 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-2000 CL9 RAM.

Frankly I think that paying $200 or more for a 4GB kit is a complete, gross ripoff. Secondly, 4GB is an insufficient amount of RAM so you'd need to spend $400+ if you want that special kit.

The Ripjaws kit I am suggesting is usually in the $120 range. I haven't tried OCing it but it does work at DDR3-1600 at CL7 if you want to go that route.
