My System Specs

Default DDR3 Help

Hey guy, I ordered some G skill memory from NCIX but by the time they got to my order they were all out of the RAM and now I'm left to either wait for a new shipment to come in, choose something else, or refund (I think I can get a refund?). The ram was NCIX.com - Buy G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH Ripjaws PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL7-7-7-24 Core I5 Memory Kit - F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH In Canada. and I priced matched to $113. That looked to be the best RAM around at the rated speed and with timings of 7-7-7-24. I can't find any other product with those timings at those speeds. Dissapointment :( I love G skill ram too. What would be another good choice to go with the i5-750 and my EVGA FTW? Check out NCIX for some suggestions but it's got to be in stock! If I can get a refund I may be able to order from somewhere else like BestDirect or whatnot. They also don't have that revision of RAM in stock either. Watcha think?

You'll never notice the difference in the one timing unless you are benchmarking. For everyday use, they'll prove to be identical. IMHO.

Yup that's the next best one I found. Most other kit's are like minimum 8-8-8-24. Too bad I couldn't get that other kit cause it's the same price. Oh well good enough I guess. G skill FTW
