Which of these sticks of ram should I buy?

I'm pretty much on a budget here, and both of these items seem to have high rebates. I was wondering if I should get
Canada Computers - Memory > DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz + : OCZ (OCZ2N800SR2GK) DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz NVIDIA SLI-Ready XTC Edition 2GB (2x1024MB) Dual Channel Kit.

or

Canada Computers - Memory > DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz + : OCZ (OCZ2P800R22GK) DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz Platinum XTC Revision 2 2GB (2x1024MB) Dual Channel Kit.

My motherboard is an P5N-E SLI with an Intel E6750. Which of these would perform better on my computer?

Or if any other cheap rams with better performance is out there, please share :)

Get these:
Canada Computers - Memory > DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz + : Mushkin HP2-6400 DDR2-800 2x1GB High Performance Series CAS 4-5-4-11 (996533 (2x1024MB)).

Uses much better chips than OCZ. Tad cheaper too if you don't count rebates. I actually have a set on my P5N-E SLI with my Dominators. Total of 4GB. Works perfect using BIOS 0608 at 800MHz with 4-3-3-9-2T timings and 2.178V.

I second jdrom17's suggestion. Mushkin's high-end kits are very, very good. A note: their mid-range and low-end kits are a bit upsetting.
