Default RAM for GA-EX58-UD4P

I want to get a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P. The specs say:

-6 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 24 GB of system memory
-Dual/3 channel memory architecture
-Support for DDR3 2100+/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules

1. Does this mean I can only use 1.5V RAM only? I see that many modules are 1.65V (e.g., this OCZ module)
2. Triple channel is faster right? Don't bother to look at dual?

thanks.

Also, I it says "Support for DDR3 2100+/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules". Does this mean it can't support 1600Mhz?

If it does support it, which other threads seems to think, and then use the BIOS (is it called XMP?) to run at full speed, does this mean that they are running over-clocked thus hotter?

if it says 800 mhz to 2100 mhz that means it cover everything in between even 1600 mhz ( he's talking about timings if you don't know what he means don't worry about )
