-Availability, meaning what colours or whatnot it is available in.

-It's nice to include graphs and performance for games, no matter how insignificant they are. Hopefully I can get a hold of a motherboard that runs FSB:RAM unlinked so I can run tests that show the performance differences between one speed and another, without the CPU speed affecting it.

I know it's not much difference from 4-4-4-15 to 4-4-4-12 but should these run stable at those timings with anything higher than 800 for a 24/7 oc?

For sure, you're still under warranty, even at 2.2V, enabling you to hit ~DDR2-940. Every set of ram is different, but there's a good chance you can hit decent speeds while staying within warranty.
