Default Corsair Ram and P5Q?

Does this memory (below) work good with a P5Q
anybody using it can verify?
Its on special right now at cc. well a rebate deal.

Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X4096-6400C5 G PC2-6400 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Does it drop overclockability much?

My System Specs


Corsair Ram, usually works great, period. I have never personally had an issue with any of their products on any MB.
And all the Dells I have at work use it , and they are really finiky when it comes to Ram.
I think, that board will have no problems with the RAM.
