G Skill or ?

I',m looking at these G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory $67. Will they run at 4 4 4 12 pc 6400(800mhz) on mobo in sig? I've had no end of trouble with the firestix x4 ( can't run 4 4 4 12 even at 667mhz)or maybe my mobo is so far behind tech it won't run the 2x2GB g skill at 4 4 4 12 either?

Running four sticks compared to two is never as fast, two sticks would be much more stable at speed.

They should work fine on the board. Likely better than the four sticks you have now!

Edit: there actually isn't a 2bg stick rated for 800 for this board, there's 667 though.
Being the board is two years old and gone through six bios updates, you'd probably
want to update your bios to the latest and then go from there.

I can't speak for your mobo, but my Gskill PC2-8000 5-5-5-15 can run 4-4-4-10 at 2.1V and DDR2-850. Your mileage may vary.
