Default Which RAM would work better?

I am currently running the following stock.
Vista ultimate 64 bit
E8400
Evga 8800Gts ssc 512mb
Sunbeam Tuniq Tower 120
GA-P35-DS3L
2 Gigs of Crucial Ballistic
Antec P182

I would like to upgrade to a 2x2gb kit and attempt a 4ghz overclock, I am wondering which RAM people think would work best.

Mushkin XP PC2-8000 Redline 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-1000 CL5-5-5-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit - DirectCanada

Or

Newegg.ca - G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

I would buy the Redline, it is super cheap right now.
