Default i5 2500k System

Considering a complete system sale. I really don't want to part it out, so I'll likely keep it if it doesn't sell. It's currently set up as a 'Steam Box' on my home theater at the moment. Since I have another htpc as well now, I'm considering selling this and buying a 780 for my primary rig and then putting the rest on some bills.

BitFenix Ghost
MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming
i5 2500K (OC'd to 4.2 atm, have had it running 4.7 but never tried any higher)
Corsair h80i + 2x Noctua NF-P12's
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600 RAM
Samsung 840 250GB SSD
MSI GTX 670 PE OC
Corsair TX750M Semi Modular
LG BluRay/DVDRW

PCPartPicker lists the cheapest retail cost for parts as $1370. (Plus tax and shipping) I'm thinking about 1100 as a local sale?

I did a rundown of the parts and what they might get standalone off the top of my head and came up with $1095. I think $1100 is a fair price to ask, but I'd be prepared to go down ~$100-$150. You don't have any superfluous parts for a gaming system, so it shouldn't be too hard of a sell.

I'd say 825 is a bit more realistic.

That's pretty close to what I was figuring on a whole.

$825 isn't worth my time to sell it. I'm not trading an entire gaming rig for basically the cost of a GTX780. I'll CL it and if it sells then great. If not, I'd rather hold on to it. I might post it up here, but most people here like to part out, and that's really too much of a pain for me at the moment.

Case $50-$60
Mobo $100
Cpu $125
h80i $50-$60? (Ive seen them around $80 new on sale)
Ram $80-$90
SSD $120 (its onlyy $160 new)
GTX 670 $300 (I'd say $275, those 7 series really killed resale)
PSU $80 is really generous (the non modular was $79.99 at ME two days ago)
DVD-RW $5
-------------------------------
So maybe you can get $885-940. This is probably achievable on CL. I stick to my estimate for here though. There just isnt a lot of value in the older parts and the 7 series killed 6 series resale.

Those numbers are pretty much what I would say as well. Maybe plus a couple bucks for the good fans. Unsure about that case's value. I think the ram price should actually be lower for 8gb (maybe $50). Those are the parted on here prices though. Selling as a bundle usually means a lower price, but selling on kijiji or CL will probably get you extra.

Meh. I'll CL it then. If it sells I'm happy. If not, then I'm just fine holding on to it.
