Looking at what the following would be worth.

Core 2 Duo E7200
DFI LAnparty P35 LT
2 x 2 GB DDR2 800

I was thinking around $80-100??? Thoughts?

i would think that's a very reasonable price (don't hold that against me), although i'm not sure how many people would jump on C2D hardware nowadays.
