My System Specs

Default AMD FX-60, Asrock Dual SATA board plus ram?

Hey Guys, how much do you think I could sell a AMD FX-60 (socket 939, dual core, unlocked 2.6Ghz), Asrock Dual VSTA board (socket 939/AGP/PCIe16x) and 4x1GB OCZ platinum ram (400Mhz)? I know people are still asking stupid amounts for the chip on ebay but realistically do you think I could ask $100 for the combo?

That combo would make some 10-15 year old a nice entry gamer. $100 is not out of line, you'll likely get more than double that on the bay.

I think you mean ASRock 939Dual-SATA2.... Dual VSTA is the Intel 775 version.

I had 939Dual-SATA2 back in the day after I upgraded from socket A. It was an awesome piece! I also think $100 for it and the CPU is fair.

Your right, thanks! It is the Dual SATA2 board (not vsta). Fun thing is, it was my 14 year old's PCs but he has out grown it finally (hosting/playing games while live streaming and also recording/converting to upload to youtube).

My boys are 10 & 11 and they are already begging for better PC's. Seems like they went from flash games to games that require real GPU power overnight. Good thing I have a steady supply of decent older titles to feed them, lol.

Just a few weeks ago, I paid $90 shipped (from a US seller on [H]) for a FX-60 on its own.
