I tried twice to buy a BNIB intel 3930 cpu here in Calgary. Both were posted on kiijji. Both deals fell thru at 350 and 400$ respectively. To this day I am not sure they even had one. Both sellers cancelled or said they forgot and sold it. I assumed the cpu's were intel retail edge ones. Personally I think 400-450$ for a used overclocked one is not asking too much. Stay high and see how it goes. I have one now got it on sale and it was 550$ plus tax. I too just had my h100 water cooler pump die after a year. It was replaced on IPR. Yes folding is a dangerous game....costly too!!!
