PC - Custom Built Computer

Hey Guys,

I built a computer recently on some spare parts I had laying around.
I was curious what I should charge on Kijiji, Ebay, Hardware Canucks etc

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
AMD Phenom XII 840 @ 3.2 GHZ
Gigabyte GA-880GM-D2H Motherboard
4GB of DDR3 Ram GSkill 2 x 2 GB 7-8-7-24 @ 1600
250 GB HDD
DVD Drive
350W Power Supply

No Video Card

Comes with an installation of Microsoft Office 2007

I was thinking somewhere in the $250-$300 range
Ideal for a student, starter computer, HTPC, or add a decent video card and you are playing Skyrim.

Any input would be appreciated.

$200, no more.
Power supply is Anemic , no upgrade path there. Board is lower end GB, and the 800 series AM3's were not as good as the 900 series. (I know wifes got the 810 lol).

Where are you located?

Hey thanks for getting back to me,
I am located in Guelph, are you interested?

I might know someone, though pictures of said rig in operation would be ideal.

4 Attachment(s)
I can only send you photos of the computer not in action right now as I am at work and do not have a monitor to connect to.

Make sure to get a can of air and blow out that CPU heatsink and rear exhaust fan before you sell it...

Or a paintbrush will work too but yea, clean before selling.

On here $200 tops. On kijiji you would get 250 I would say...maybe even a touch more.

Hey guys,

thanks for all the responses. I have now cleaned the fans, thank you for reminding me.
I have decided to sell it to my boss in return for a whole lot of wine. Our POS is a POS Emachine, its a win win.

Sounds like a good trade. Just as a note the power supply is likely pretty bad. If he plans on putting in a graphics card make sure it gets swapped out (I would change it myself even with the integrated graphics). Otherwise it should be a very capable internet/general use box.
