I wish it were more but I think the 1090T is around $140 -$150 (more on ebay/kajiji) and the IV's I have seen on this site sit around at $100 and no one bought them so I would say $80 maybe. I am not sure how well the board works with vishera.

Yeah thats about what I would ask for mine. After looking into CPU compatibility it seems you can use the Vishera processors but you lose all powersaving control and some users reported voltage instability. Have a good one.
