My System Specs

Default i7 860, mobo + 5870 Price Check

Looking for a price check on:

i7 860 LGA1156/P55 Cpu. 4core/8thread
Asus P7P55D PRO (no usb3.0)

Also got 2x2GB of 1866mhz g.skill 1.65v and a 1.5v 2x4gb 1600mhz G.skill kit

And what does a reference 5870 go for these days? Not sure if they're still wanted by bitcoin miners

Thanks in advance

was the mobo swapped from the recall?

I would say $200 for the setup but that might be a little high.

For the card I have seen lots of 5970 going for around $100 so I would say 75 ish but dont hold me to that

I'd say $100 for the 5870. It still holds it's own against cards like the 560Ti, and is close in performance to a 570.

Plus, I just paid the equivalent of $100 for one a few weeks ago, so, you know, there's that!
