Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000M

What do you guys think the SGS goes for these days?

It's still in relatively good condition. No major scratches or such.

MARSTG September 6, 2012 04:14 PM

probably around 150

supaflyx3 September 6, 2012 04:52 PM

130-150

JD September 6, 2012 05:52 PM

That high still? I was honestly thinking more like $75-100.

Guess it depends on how quickly you want to sell it and if it's locked to a specific service provider or not.

JD September 6, 2012 06:49 PM

It's unlocked. Kind of impossible to have a locked i9000 since is so damn easy to unlock.

Selling it to a co-worker. I think I'll tell him $100, then if he wants to low ball, I'll go with $80. I don't believe I paid more than $150 when I originally got it. And well Virgin Mobile cleared my SuperTab balance when I bought the SGS3, so really $150 is all I paid.

Alternately, I guess I could say $120, then drop down to $100.

You could likely still get $150 for it on kijiji. Yours is likely unlocked and if it's not then just use the galaxy s unlock app on the market (with root) and you should have no problem for that price.

The HTC One V goes for $150 though and "free" in most cases. Guy at work picked that up last night and it runs much smoother than the SGS to me. Both running ICS of course.

Telus was selling the refurbs for $99 through Futureshop. I'd be more inclined in the $75-100 range.

I do see a couple listed between 130-150 but nobody is biting on them. As Arinoth mentioned, depends on how quickly you want to get rid of it.

JD September 6, 2012 07:09 PM

Well he "wants" it but since I have to work with him on a daily basis, I don't want to rip him off too badly :haha:
