Price check on a few items

I have a High Speed ATX Tech bench which is in rather good condition, I was thinking around 100$ and probably include the fan stuck on it's mounting bracket (pushes air towards/across the mobo/cpu). That, the fact it's missing one of it's rubber feet (lost in the move) and evidently one of the metal L brackets which are probably less then a 1$ at home depot.

I also have my current gen htpc, I use it every day but it's sitting literally ontop of my server, no point in having both running most the day. Here are it's specs:

And a 2.5" 80GB HDD.
I "was" thinking about 200-250$ for them together, though that could be a little high.
