Gaming Desktop - Part out?

OK guys, I have been considering downgrading my current system and there isn't much local interest. I could part it out online or attempt to sell it as a whole but I'm not sure what it's worth. I checked my components on NCIX and newegg and the total was ~$2800 with NL tax. What do you think I could get for it?

RAM: G. Skill 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1866 MHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 590 Classified
SSD: Plextor M3 Series PX-128M3 SATA III 128GB
HHD: Hitachi Deskstar 7k3000 SATA III 2TB
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-222 22x DVD Write with lighscribe
Sound card: Auzentech X-Raider
PSU: Cougar CMX 1000w 80+ Bronze Modular
Case: Corsair Graphite 600T with Window
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

You might have better luck parting it out to sell some of the stuff, but I don't think you will get $2800 for it.

Just throwing out numbers....
2500K = $150
mobo = $150
590 = $500?
ram = $75

might as well keeop the other stuff.

Not expecting anywhere near $2800. Just posted what I paid as a reference point.

I was hoping for $1800, tbh. I am actually planning to build a Mini-ITX gaming rig so I won't be keeping much of anything from my current rig.

why not keep the 2500K, videocard, ram, and just get a mini-itx motherboard. I used the zotac z68 itx A-E, it was acceptable.

I wiill probably be getting two 8 GB sticks of RAM and plan to pick up a single GPU rather than a dual GPU card. Also, waiting for the Asus p8z77-I deluxe so I will just hold onto the money I get from my current rig until that board is released.

Used systems don't sell for much because the buyer assumes all risk. Here in Canada I could see it go for 1200 dollars. I don't know how harsh the taxes are in the EU though, so mabye u could ask 1500 OBO.

I do agree that the buyer assumes all risks. In this case I will providing packaging and receipts for all hardware, which should account for some form of security to the buyer.

Also, Newfoundland is part of Canada.
