My System Specs

Default XFX 5970

If I decide to sell my XFX 5970, how much would I be able to get with it? What about with a waterblock?

What's bitcoin? Least I see em go for is 300 on eBay. The 150 thing was a once in a lifetime deal.

Do you think it is better to sell one with or without the water block?

+0.75

300 dollars ebay is more like around 230-240 in your pocket, first you pay the ebay listing fees, then pay paypal fees for payment received for selling something and then pay for shipping:(

I would say 240-250 local or 275 shipped!

Well they pay for shipping on eBay. I always start at 99c so no listing fees.

Yes but you will pay for listing when you sell the item.

Final value fees for auction-style format listings

Auction-style format listings
Total cost to buyer (less any sales tax)
Final value fee
(Based on the total amount of the sale, including the cost of the item, shipping, and any other fees a seller may charge, excluding any sales tax)
Item not sold
No fee
$0.01$50.00
9.0% of the item's total cost to buyer with a maximum charge of $100.00.
$50.01$1,000.00
$1,000.01 or more
To learn more and see an example of a final value fee calculation, visit our final value fees page.

You pay 9 percent roughly of the final cost along with shipping as you are charging the peson shipping in the invoice. That gets included. For example, you list an item for 99 cents, and sell it for 250 dollars with 50 dollars shipping.

You will send the buyer an invoice to pay 300 dollars, that is the final value, first 50 is free and then you will pay 9 percent on the remainder of 250, which is 22.50. then you accept the payment through paypal, paypal charges you, 2.9 percent of the value you are accepting and .30 cents, so that would be 9 dollars, 8.70+.30

So that is 300-31.50, and you have yet to ship, say shipping is 25 bucks, so you will get rouhgt 240 something in your pocket!

No, I just always make sure I ship with a signature. There is final value fees but I get free listings like 5000 a month.
