Default NVIDIA Releases PhysX Power Pack

NVIDIA has finally released the PhysX Power Pack, which officially enables PhysX support on all GeForce 8 series and above graphics cards.

The full Power Pack weighs in at 2.78GB and contains:
  • GeForce Graphics Driver - v177.83
  • Unreal Tournament 3 - PhysX Mod
  • badaboom Media Converter: Beta Version (Expires August 29th)
  • Warmonger Full Game
  • Folding@Home - Join The Fight Against Cancer
  • Sneak Peak: Nurien Demo
  • Sneak Peak: Metal Knight Zero Demo
  • The Great Kulu: Technology Demo
  • Fluids: Technology Demo

Damn, should have kept my 8800GTS. I wonder, would it work if I run it in my third PCI-E x16 slot for dedicated PhysX, while my 4850s in CrossFire handle the rendering?

While I would love to give it a whirl, I would personally say wait a bit, considering I've been hearing quite a few peoples having troubles with it.

Not bad, gained about 100points in 3DM'06 with the PhysX on. better than the betas that made me loose 100pts with physx on.
