The biggest difference, I'm sure, will be customer service ... NCIX's customer service blows and their sister companies are even worse ...

Newegg has a lot of things going for it; site navigation, customer service, product selection, etc. Prices may not be spectacular, but in the 5 or so minutes I've been navigating the site, I haven't seen anything that's outrageously overpriced. Everything I've compared with NCIX is roughly on par or at least within $10.

Downside is no pricematch feature. PMing on NCIX usually saves $100-$300 on new systems I build, which is probably going to be a deal breaker.

Tbh I've hardly had problems with NCIX CS, it depends who you speak to. Same with Direct Canada, we have a DC_Support person here, just go through him, save the time, he is just great, he will provide you with pretty good support.

I only found few things to be cheaper than NCIX, otherwise mostly everything is more expensive.

Just got an email from Newegg saying they're open. Browsing the site they only have two products under Water Cooling and they're RICE COOKERS!!! WTFH!!! I don't think I'll be shopping there.

I don't get the whole site navigation thing. I find NCIX's site much easier to get through.

As for CS, I agree it is lacking bigtime at all NCIX and the others, but I fail to see how it is going to be much better with Newegg since they are in the US.
