I'm guessing they randomly sent invites to people who signed up in advance for information from them, etc.

Or maybe they use a cool detector & determined the rest of you weren't cool enough?

Yeah it is just an extended marketing plan to get our contact info of any kind, and they can track web site traffic knowing exactly how many people have access and determine which area's get the most attraction....I am guessing it would be the computer parts section but who knows maybe they're are noobs looking for Ipod skins too....

Hey Jon wait till midnight, or check tomorrow. 10/1/2008, some read it as 10th January 2008.. rofl.. :P.. Another 2 hours till midnight for me, something tells me they are either in a state in US, where it is 9p.m. or 11p.m. or somewhere in Canada.

It's 12:20am on Oct 1st here! I'm guessing they wont be up until at least 9am EST though... So 12pm here
