Default AMD GPU Clock Tool 0.9.8 Available
Overclex has made the AMD GPU Clock Tool 0.9.8 available for download. This is supposedly a utility used internally by AMD, and it allows users to surpass the Radeon HD 4800 series overclocking limits present in the Catalyst Control Center.
