Default MEMORY EXPRESS Nvidia price drops

Just cruised the usual retail sites and I see some decent price drops on the 600 series of NVidia cards. AT the 680 price point the drop is about 100$ on most cards. Guess with the 770 on the way the 680 is now dropping in price. Some drops also at NCIX but not as low, although they will price match. Hmm wonder how the AMD cards will react to this move???

So much for people saying they won't drop much, happens nearly every time.. even if there is no official drop many retailers want to clear stock before they become hard to shift.
The opposite is also true though, even when manufacturers drop prices, many retailers won't.

Some bargains to be had lads, watch this space for AMD price-drops too unless they are going to repeat their mistakes from the 6xx launch last year.

Yeah but you're still looking at $400 and up for the 680s right now (but at least most of them are advanced, not stock versions).

Hm still almost $400 to SLI my 670 FTW, for that I'd rather sell my single ($~200 I'd guess) and then I'd take the six hundred bucks and buy a used Titan and only cough out another two hundred give or take.

But then I love me some texture packs so more Ram on a card is great for me!

I figured that would happen. They gotta clear the stocks before everyone knows that the 770 is out offering more for less.

Yeah, they'd have to. Why buy a 680 when a 770 performs better and costs less?
Still, nothing noteworth at MemEx, $400 is the lowest I found.
