ARMís Advances Into Sub-20nm Chips Puts Pressure on Legacy Chipmakers
 
ARM announced today that it had began collaboration with Taiwan Silicon Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC) to produce sub-20nm 64-bit CPUs based upon new 3D transistor technology.

So in other words AMD getting into ARM chips is a good thing? I wonder how the performance of these chips would stack up against a similarly clocked Intel or AMD CPU.
