Once you've switched from BB to iphone or Android you will never go back. You will realize that phones can actually work without battery pulls 3 times daily or having to learn about service books and other technical jargon just to solve problems.

And not have to reboot for virtually every app installation, so annoying!
All versions of their OS right now are just so horrible compared to the competition.

Agreed I had a first gen BB storm and it was an atrocious phone. Crashed, was slow, poor battery life and even with all the updates it was crap. Their keyboard phones are fine i suppose but they are outdated and not moving with the times. The BB playbook was a clear example of that.
