This is why I was trying to get people up in arms about the transition to IPV6 in Canada. This is an example of incremental tyranny. Remember, Nazi Germany did not become a tyranny overnight. It took many incremental "adjustments" to create the monster, and this monster was democratically elected.

A government cannot give you freedom. A government can only limit your freedoms.

If you enjoy your liberties, I would plead with all Canadians on the forum to write your government officials often and let them know what they are doing wrong. Remember to always be respectful and use the proper titles and you probably will get a reply.

If you like freedom, stand up for it and yourself, or watch it disappear.

I still don't understand how law upholds justice. A homeless man robs a bank for $5 and gets 5 years in jail, a rich wall street businessman steals 100 million dollars and gets 6 months in jail. I can walk up and kill your dog (a beloved family member) and get fined $5000, but downloading a 3 minute audio clip can get me fined $150,000.

I think we need a justice system reset. Tear it down and start off back where things make sense.

I guess the internet is a media they want to control now. Seems or it feels like they control all the other avenues of information.
