That would be good new for people that wants this and has a newer home , but for people like myself that live in a condo building that is older then 10 years I imagine that we would have to rewire the whole Building.

They'd likely just run a fiber line to the building then run Cat6 to each condo. How hard or easy that would be depends on how your building is built.

Interested to see what the price tag and cap is going ton be. It'll have to be at least 500GB if you're offering your clients 1000mbps (125 MB/s) download speed
