Yeah it looks like Apple pissed off more than just Samsung... It's either that or Samsung convinced VIA to try their luck lol

About the only two companies who would have been even dumber to piss off would have been Intel or Toshiba. Doesnt Apple realize the size and depth of Sammy's patent portfolio...or the number of backroom favours they can call in? I predict it getting only worse for apple as time goes by. :)

Honestly, i hope apple goes down in flames for what they've done to samsung, really? Getting their tablets banned in the EU? That's just sad and poor business practices.

Apple won't go down in flames for this. But you can only poke a stick at big dogs for so long before you're going to get bit. That's a lesson long overdue for Apple, and it'll be nice to see them gain a little humility.

I like the lesson being taught to Apple too.

I just hope the patent craziness calms down so that consumers will have lots of choice in the marketplace. For this reason, I want a humble Apple playing nice in the marketplace...not a badly damaged one.

What I find interesting is that Apple is going forward like there is no tomorrow. I have no ill will towards Apple, but I cannot believe that they are acting like there is no depression/recession going on, then again they are a reflection of their consumer base - fad-driven and economically clueless.

it's not even a month jobs is gone and apple is already going down XD. Anyway, I wouldn't be sad to see them die, it would just make my job easier.
