Alright, since my previous post didn't go over so well, let me state my opinion in a .. less internet-y manner.
This is stupid. Why? Because gamers aren't going to purchase their components based off of "How environmentally friendly" they are. UP TO 10% power savings in the long run, considering how much power a video card draws within it's life span is so negligible that it's most like not worth the increased cost that this piece of hardware will most likely carry. It's just a method for a company to appeal to the treehuggers of the world in order to rake in more cash. Now I'm going to pick up some more damn milk with my damn Prius*, be right back.
*One of the most environmentally damaging cars on the market today, but that's okay, because it's Green!
