Default Intel Releases Low Voltage Mobile Celeron

In the shadow of Sandy Bridge and AMD's Llano, Intel has decided to update their Celeron line of CPUs with the low voltage Celerom M 857.

Aimed at mobile PCs, the Celeron M 857 has two cores clocked at 1.2GHz, a TDP of 17w, as well as 2Mb of L3 cache.

Really Intel, to compete with Llano. They are desperate.
Why would anyone want to buy Celeron over AMD Llano.

okay this is getting over the top... why the hell would anyone buy a dualcore slow celeron over a much faster llano quadcore based laptop :\

Maybe because of that 17w TDP? which means extremely thin laptops that llano just cant get into. its a low power chip, llano isnt its competition. its a step above brazos/atom without losing battery life
