Wow you want to blow over $500 on an mp3 player? Buy me one too - LOL

I played with a touch at best buy and have to say... I like the apps, wifi and large screen for watching vids while riding the skytrain... but really I'd only use the wifi once in a while, same with the apps, and get a load of that price tag??? No way... I'll stick with my 5G for now :)

I'll probably pick one up when my 30 gig dies, as the battery apparently hates me now. Hopefully when I finally get one the price will go down a bit >_>

I'm still waiting for the Zune.....whenever it comes to canada. Might go down south a pick one up if they don't come out by the summer.

I got a Zune 2 8GB off eBay. Works rather nicely.

As for this 32GB iPod touch, I think I'd rather just get a hard drive based player for half the price with more space...

The touch is a nice idea, but I don't think it's practical.
