How much better can you even get from the previous OLED technology? When I watched stuff on one in a darkly lit room it looked more colour-accurate than real life.

edit: oh wait, does this have any improvements over previous OLED displays?

$15,000 and $26,000 US. Obviously amazing performers. At least reading the reviews will be good.

I think the main improvement is mainly the size, which is still the biggest drawback of OLED. As far as picture performance goes, I'm not sure. Having said that, even first gen OLED leads in many picture performance categories already.

Before anyone complains that the resolution is low(as I've seen on other sites discusing the new Sony Monitors), remember these is to be sold to BROADCAST COMPANIES, you know, the people who only use currently use 3 resolutions, 480, 720, and 1080.

For them, 1080p is the perfect and only resoltion they would use for viewing broadcast streams.
