For now, MSI have the clearer step IMO. But, if you are out of the refund period what will happen?

Martin, it seems like MSI is saying that you can return it no matter when you bought it. "MSI offers you the possibility to return the product to your point of purchase which will credit you" Sounds like they worked with the retailers, at least I hope that's what it says.

AHAHAH XD
@ LP, my concern is that it will do like the PALM warranty back in time. When you called them they just tell you go where you bought it and return it but there was no actual program to refund the retailer so if we accepted the return we would have a dead PALM on our hand. MSI have to give concrete info to retailer ( which is still not done according to my source ) That the retailer can have a credit or a replacement product of the same value. Because now if you refund you have to pay your staff to take time to do these RMA which is...not good.

I don't like this one "Lenovo Group Ltd., China’s biggest PC maker, said it’s working with Intel on the technical details and will have an update as soon as possible. It will also work with customers to find a remedy if any Lenovo products are affected, the Beijing- based company said in an e-mailed statement. "

Sound to me like they will repair their product......
