Default CES 2011: NVIDIA Press Conference Debrief; Project Denver Announced

NVIDIA's press conference has just finished. While most of it was about Tegra 2's place in the mobile market, an announcement was made about Project Denver; the first dedicated high performance ARM core which is being jointly developed by NVIDIA and ARM....

this is pretty cool stuff guys! NVIDIA stepping into the turf of actual CPUs. Not just GPU accellerated processing. It will be very interesting to see the Project Denver + Tegra integration in future mobile devices.

Don't forget they mentioned trying to go into the server and PC aspect as well. Your thoughts people? I just don't know about ARM in the PC sector, at least not for awhile.

edit: Watching the Microsoft keynote and they showed a build of Windows working on Nvidia's ARM chip.
