nice way to clear stuff around the socket, like long finned ram sticks and north bridges, wc'ed or not.

also it is probably less tall overall with one fan beneath so it can fit more cases.

and thirdly, the king of downdraft? :)

Damn I was looking at a good shelf cooler before to get my 212. Sad this on wasn't out! Hope our team here will have a great review for us
I also like the idea that you can remove or move the bottom fan to fit higher memory module like G.skill trident.
