MurderMod gearing up for a comeback

Charles Harwood is a name all of us know; A 'god' in the modding and computing enthusiast community. The mastermind behind murderbox and murdermod gave a little bit of information about the upcoming launch of the second generation murdermod. Since its launch, murderbox and murdermod have inspired many builders to create their own masterpieces using custom design case parts and insider knowhow. We have seen what his builds have done for sales of the Silverstone TJ07 as well.

Since the close of the first generation of murdermod products many of us in the community have been wondering what Charles has planned for us next. Indications are that we will not have to wait much longer to find out what he has in store for us.

"We're just waiting on a couple of details to get sorted and if all goes well, we'll have a mini-news update on the website later this week. This will be the 1st of 3 announcements - leading to the relaunch of the store for what will be the 2nd Generation of murderMod. There's still lots to do but we have a plan and if all goes well; well, I better not get ahead of myself...

One step at a time."

Some rumors indicate that the chassis of choice is the 800D from Corsair, while others in the industry speculate that Charles will debut an entirely new chassis, custom built that takes on the form similar to that of the TJ07, but with more added value and features. However, as this is just rumor and speculation, we will soon find out what Charles has for us in the near future....

When I had a chance to meet and talk to Charles last year while doing my murdermod build, one of the things he mentioned was possibly doing his own case design. I'm looking forward to seeing whatever he has in the works. He is one hell of a nice guy, and I wish him nothing but success in whatever he's doing next.
